How does Minecraft PC work? - 1

I'm thinking about buying Minecraft PC. Some questions i have, When you purchase it do you get a Premium Account and be able to download the game onto any PC you want? OR is it that you get one download of the game onto a computer? Another thing is do you enter the game through the website or through a program? Any answers will be gratefully appreciated.

1: You can install it on any PC you want. It's like having an Xbox Live account, you can go to your mates house and log onto your account through his Xbox.

2: You download the game as a program and log in and play.
