I updated minecraft to 1,8 version but when i played my older worlds there were no rabbits, andestite, granite… I can only craft new stuff but i can't find rabbits and ocean monumentals… I really want other types of stones because digging so much quartz and crafting it will be a waste of time.
How come i don't have rabbits in minecraft?

You'll have to move around and let the world generate new chunks. As your old world had chunks generated using the old generation methods, they lack the newer blocks.
As for underwater dungeons, you might have a tough time actually finding one. They're generated upon world creation IIRC, so you might have to make a new world if that is the case. Not to mention that only the new Aquatic Guardian mobs/bosses are also created upon world generation (they DO NOT respawn).

For new things to spawn you will need to generate new chunks, so if you have had the world for a whole you may find it hard as you probably explored most of the world. Either generate new chunks or start a new world.
