How can do I get minecraft to run better?

I know I phrased the question awkwardly but I'm only getting around 30 fps on minecraft on my pc.
Before I was using a AMD 6670 and got 60 fps or above but ever since I upgraded my pc to a R9 280x I have only been getting 30 fps.
Pc Specs:
GPU: R9 280x
CPU: Intel i7 3770k
RAM: 32 gb 1333mhz
MB: intel 75en
PSU: 750 watt

I use Minecraft Tweaker, google it and it does what it says: 3 times as fast! (I had like 10fps)

Surely you're joking. I'm using a 270x, i5 4670k, 8GB ram and playing on ultra at around 200 to 300 fps. Something's obviously not working properly or you're running an unbelievably large amount of programs. Hold "ctrl, shift, esc" and check your processes for anything using a up a very large amount of something. Sorry I couldn't give you a clear answer but something's wrong here.

Ok so click on your decktop go to control panel click programs and… Then delete some unimportant stuff with lots of MB
