High CPU problem, How to fix?
First, press Ctrl+Shift+Esc and go to the performance tab. Tell me what the average CPU usage is and i might be able to solve your problem.
You might have a number of issues going on.
I suggest that you download a free copy of iObit's "Advanced System Care" and run it. It will get your computer back into shape. There's also a free program with it called "Game Booster" that when run will minimize the number of Windows services and other programs to free up memory to run games more efficiently. It's very popular.
Get it here: http://www.iobit.com
This happens because the games run on the CPUs instead of the GPU on the new minecraft version 1.8. You can change that in the settings, not sure about Team Fortess. I would recommend getting a new CPU
