Help me find this Minecraft texture pack?

I saw a Minecraft texture pack that I liked and I'm trying to find it.

It's pretty much like the original Minecraft theme, but the only difference (afaik) was that the wheat, leaves and flowers were slightly moving like the wind was running through them. I didn't notice any other difference compared to vanilla Minecraft.

Does anybody know which pack that is?

Added (1). Could be a shader, possibly, but I wouldn't know… Do you have any recommendations?

Are you sure that's a texture pack? It sounds like something a shader pack would do, shaders don't change the textures but will add things like foliage will sway, it will add shadows, reflective water etc.
