Help in my minecraft world when i spawn my command block kills me instantly how can i fix this?

Go into the settings file and disable command blocks. Login, find and destroy the command block, you can then enable it again if you want.

I believe if you quickly start typing just as you respawn, then it can't kill you. From there you can disable the command block
