Graphics card replacement which one?

I have a Dell precision M6400 upgraded to windows 7 and 16gb ram. Now I need to know what graphics card to replace the Nvidia Quadro FX 3700 that seems to over heat any time I try to play a game… Such as rollercoaster Tycoon, 3 League of Legends, and Minecraft all while at lowest settings. I also plan to replace the power supply cause I have heard that can be a know factor in these kinda things? I heard Firepro was a good idea? But which one goes in a dell Precision m6400\?

If you're just playing games don't bother with a workstation card, get a cheap consumer grade video card which will give you higher performance because its optimized for games not workstations.
A GT630 will work just fine.
