I'm a girl and I'm 14. I have a laptop but I'm not using it as much as I would like too. I want to get a few games on there. I've already played runscape (childhood game), and minecraft. I'm not interested in games like league of legends at all. Just simple games like minecraft are fun. Any ideas? (I can pay too)

I think TF2 is pretty simple once you've got to grips with all the different classes, know what each game mode means and have played some of the more popular maps once or twice. It's free, on Steam, the community is active (You couldn't kill it, even if you wanted to), and it's just a nice time consumer.
I have 186 hours clocked up so far, but there are people who go into the 1000's apparently.

Since you liked minecraft, I would suggest GMOD. It has components from all the valve games, and it is a sandbox game! Maybe, you could try Portal too
Try some indie games too!
I think LoL is hard to get into, because you need to have friends playing with ya and explaining the game! The first time I tried it, I didn't like it either:/
