Does playing Minecract affect my keyboard?

Mind adding what year and generation your macbook pro is from? I know that some of the older macbooks have issues with Minecraft. The main problem is that Macs don't support Java and treat it as a virus instead. This makes it so that the majority of your computer's processing speed is being directed towards removing this "Minecraft virus" instead of getting the inputs from your keyboard.
