I'm making a game and some images i'm using i found on "Google Images". These images are Minecraft images. Is it Copyright or Fair Use? I have also put a note in the code file that i got them from "Google Images" and that i did not make them. Asking just to make sure.

No, that is not fair use. The chance of someone catching you is quite low, however.
Your disclaimer is meaningless for copyright law. You'll see disclaimers like that on Youtube videos, and people think they mean something because they seem them on other videos, but that is only an admission that you violated someone's copyright and did so knowingly.
