Can the Intel Pentium N3700 handle the Sims 3 and Minecraft?

I'm looking to get a touch-screen laptop with the Intel Pentium N3700 processor but I need to know if it can handle the games Minecraft and Sims 3, plus photos and documents.

No it can't. Sim 3 needs at least 2.4 in non burst. You might be able to run it but it will be really laggy.
