Can i upgrade a budget laptop to support games like DayZ, with out braking the bank? - 2

I'm NOT going to be playing, battlefield, call of duty, assassins creed or anything like that. I'm only interested in DayZ and Minecraft so i didn't want to get an actual gaming PC and spend 700 bucks, but my system doesn't meet the minimum requirements for Arma 2 which i need for Day Z… I have a:

-Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 1007U @1.5GHz processer

- Intel(R) HD Graphics

theses are the to components i need to upgrade, is it possible and safe to download any drivers of the internet that would upgrade them or do i need to get a completely new processor and graphics card, if so what is the most affordable ways while still being reliable?

You can only upgrade ram on a laptop. So if your processor and videocard doesn't work now it will never work.

the most afforable way to do it would be to buy another laptop that has the specs that can run the game if we're talking laptop.

Better buy new laptop… Upgrading wouldn't be optimized decision.
