My computer broke so i'm stuck on a windows xp laptop, I had to fix it so it could actually play minecraft. Now it does and whenever I try to record it the minecraft screen gets all flashy, basically it makes it impossible to record.

Handicam when recording will make the pc slower. I believe that your com can play minecraft is already on the edge. Try lower the video setting on Bandicam.
