No, not really. The CPU in that laptop is very small and not very powerful. It was designed for netbooks and other fanless applications. While it might be able to load those games, you would likely be playing in single digit frame rates most of the time.

League of legends probably won't even be able to run it on low settings. I had a geforce 520m which is a way better card than that on my laptop 2 years ago and it ran it low settings on 20-30 fps. You probably could play it on low res or something. But why would you want to play a game like league of legends on lowest settings? Its not even that good looking on ultra settings so playing it even lower than medium is garbage. Minecraft not really.
