Does Mojang consider commands glitches? Like a command to give an armor stand arms, aren't you changing something in THEIR game? So are commands like that allowed by Mojang in Minecraft?

If you are talking about the / commands No those are not glitches. They were made by the developers and are OK. But if you have to download them online then they are probably not allowed and they wouldn't be glitches they would be hacks.
