Ok so this is how I see it $600.00 spending limit is just not enough to get something reliable, Stable & will suit your needs now & in a few years to come with upgrade options available so you can just simply go out & spend $200.00 on upgrade rather than another $800.00 + adventure. I will walk you through this step by step on why this is your best option now & in the long run.

Ok so this is the full system build, everything is guaranteed compatible by me & my choices are based off reviews on newegg.com & person experiences building system in my Computer Repair Shop. The total for this AMD build is $780.02 Shipped (But you will need an Operating system unless your using Linex) So add in $139.99 + $1.99 Shipping to the $780.02 Total you come out with $922.00.

Second Link: Windows 7 Pro X64

Also Note: You get Assassin creed 4 Free ($59.99 Value) and you get $55.00 worth of mail in rebates so honestly this build will end up costing you $807.01
Now if you wanted an equivalent Intel build you will be looking at a realistic $1,300.00 price tag. AMD performs well for its price range & I will admit Intel is much faster in some areas but truly for what you're doing & your needs this AMD build will prove to be a great investment.
