Any way to reset PC without emptying hard drive?

I swear man, I spend 600 dollars at best buy for a new god damn PC with half decent specs: http://www.bestbuy.com/...&cp=1&lp=1. You would think that it would work, right? No. I try to play BO2, Skyrim, FC3, Goat Simulator, even god damn Minecraft and none work. Every god damn 2 minutes my screen will lag then put me at the desktop and I want to reset my PC to factory settings without removing the whole hard drive. The screen says "AMD DRIVER HAS STOPPED WORKING, SUCCESSFULLY RECOVERED. I looked on other websites and they said that its just with the game, but with all those I don't think its just the game. What do I do?!

I concur. Why should I subject myself to your attitude? I'm a volunteer here, you know.

CyberPower is a BAD company Graphix card is probs busted

I imagine I could help you with that, but I don't respond well to people cursing and yelling at me. Feel free to come back when you have cooled down and washed your mouth out with soap.

You seriously need to ditch the language

I would first try updating your drivers (along with all other updates)

If you really wish to factory reset your device and you are running windows 8 simply restart your computer while holding the shift key and it should bring you to a menu with one of the options being TROUBLESHOOTING, select this and you will see more options such as reset or refresh your pc, pretty self explanatory from there

Two mistakes. Windows 8 and AMD processor.
You can try running your games in a 'compatibility mode' (XP, Windows 7, Vista)
Install with Admin Privileges.
