Any good, cheap editing software?

I want to upload minecraft videos to YouTube, but the one i'm currently using is ok I guess. I'm using Windows Movie Maker and it is really easy to use, but the upload time is way too long. I cancelled the one I was uploading because it has been a day and it will not go past 50%. My internet is not bad at all, so i don't know what the problem is with it.
I want a cheap or free good editing software that is easy to use and it's upload time is short. Any add free ones or just a cheap one you know of? My price range is about $30. Please don't tell me my internet is bad because it really isn't.
