Are you allowed to add music, yes.
Are you allowed to add copyright music, no.
Rights messages mean nothing, and do not exempt you from anything. I can't help but laugh at all the times I see people post 'no copyright infringement is intended' when they are blatantly infringing copyright, or write about 'fair use' when they aren't using the content in a way that fair use protects.

You are not allowed to use copyrighted music. You can use music that is not copyrighted. Those types are usually over-used.
