Acer Aspire Windows 7 No Bootable Device Error?

I have the Acer Aspire laptop with Windows 7. Yesterday, I was having some issues with it, like Google Chrome wouldn't open, neither would Internet Explorer. My computer froze, so I shut it down and turned it on about three minutes later. Then I got an error.

"Intel UNDI, PXE-2.0 (build 038)
Copyright (C) 1997-2000 Intel Corporation

For Atheros PCI Ethernet Controller v2.0.2.7 (11/02/10)

Check cable connection!
PXE-MOF: Exiting Intel PXE ROM.
No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key"

I do not know what happened and I have no idea what any of this means. If I press a key, the same error shows up again. If I hit F2, it brings me to the "InsydeH2O Setup Utility". I go to the "Boot" tab, and the priority order is

1. HDDO:
2. ATAPI CDROM: Slimtype DVD A DS8A5SH
3. USB FDD:
4. Network boot: Atheros Boot Agent
5. USB HDD
6. USB CDROM

I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I don't know what this will do to my computer. I don't want to lose everything I have on here. Skyrim, Sims 3, Minecraft, all of my pictures, everything. Would I lose it all or what? Someone just please help. I don't have anyone around to help, and if I had the money to pay for help, I wouldn't even have this computer, I'd have a gaming PC. So all your help is very much appreciated, but try to keep it simple with instructions on what to do.

It may be a bad cable or HDD.

check the bios

Turn off computer start it up hit f10 during boot you may have to try this a few times but it will get you into acers eRecovery Management Tool then follow the directions on the screen… :
Does it say 1. HDDO: or 1. HDD:0? You may need to reset the HDD. What model is it? I may be able to tell you how.

Was a bit skeptical at first. But I received my key with in 12 hours and it worked. No hassle and painless. I would definitely buy more

keys from this site www.oggus.com in the future.

The staff are fast to respond (24 hours or less) and the emails are courteous. Don't let the simple website design fool you, it's quite

legitimate. They also provide downloads required for the keys to be used if you don't have your discs anymore. Which is a nice plus.
