My sister had an Acer Aspire One netbook and she doesn't use it anymore so I started using it and it takes like 30-40 seconds to switch pages. I tried to use Youtube and its so slow. How can I increase its speed because I also want to play some games such as Minecraft, Half life, etc.

If the computer is that slow you probably have viruses. I'd get an anti-virus software installed onto the computer.
