No you can't do that.
Typically with consoles, you can't copy files from the console to a computer officially.
There's a program, I forget what it's called, that let's you mount and view/modify your Xbox's HDD, BUT it's not really going to help you much.
Even if you somehow managed to copy your world, your computer version of Minecraft most likely wouldn't be able to recognize it.
You are free, however, to build your own converter, but that will take a lot of technical knowledge about both the PC and 360 version of the game.
TL;DR: You can't. Stop asking this question because the answer will always be NO!
