I heard from AHWU that they are giving the achievements to 360 for free? Is in in the form of an update or a dlc that we have to download? I'm on xbox rn tryin to figure it out?

The update's not out yet. It'll be handled like any other game update, and install automatically when you start the game while connected to Live.
