Even though I'm not logged in and I used CCleaner, it shows recommended channels like Jimmy Falon, Minecraft, and what not. I don't really get it. I only seen one Falon video on YT and I seen little to none MC videos. Even stranger, I deleted all the caché, history, and what not. Is YT just putting it there for kicks and giggles, or is it something else?

They are just putting things up that might interest you. They have probably saved your IP somewhere on their database that is why you are still seeing glimpse of what you have viewed, or related to what you have watched even though you aren't logged in.
