Well i have everything set up but for some reason wen i go into my server it just shows a black screen with my hand.im able to go see my inventory but it doesn't let me see the world. The world isn't generating how do i get it to generate.minecraft is 1.8.

Sounds like the chunks aren't loading, if it's on a server where others can join, it's likely your internet is too slow, if it's singleplayer then your computer might not be able to process it maybe?

My Minecraft 1.10 world won't load. When I put singleplayer and start to load my world it just shows my arm and a black background and I can't move. Can someone help me out?
