Move a building in multiplayer Minecraft?

I've been searching Google on how to move some of my buildings on my server to another area on multiplayer… The only luck I have had is World Edit but that looks like it is only for single player? Is there anyway I can move some of my buildings into another area on my server map that works for multiplayer? I really need to move them soon… Thanks!
