I made a Spigot Server and i port forwarded it but I'm not sure why no one else can join. Please help me. I aint entering any IP in the server.properties and I don't even know what to do. I have also tried disabling my Firewall and making my friend do so too. Still, he couldn't join… I once made everything perfect with my previous ISP but now i switched to a USB mobile network called Warid. Its Configuration site is EXACTLY like that of the Huawei E5776 so please help me and ask me whatever you want about this.
Minecraft Server Port Forwarding
It is possible that you are behind another NAT router at your mobile provider, which would make opening your minecraft server to the Internet impossible without using something like Hamachi (a VPN related to Logmein). See if the IP that shows up at www.canyouseeme.org is the same IP as your mobile data IP or if that shows port 25565 (or whichever port set) is open.
For example even though my T-Mobile phone appears to get a public IP for mobile data, those are publicly assigned (but not publicly used) IP addresses to avoid conflicting with normal Wi-Fi private IP addresses. Also mobile data may tend to have high ping.
So if you intend to run a minecraft server at home you might consider getting some sort of cable Internet that has relatively high "upload" speed.
