Looking for a new Minecraft server to join?

I'm looking for a specific minecraft server. It HAS to be the latest version (1.9.2), It needs to allow PVP in the world, which means no special warp where PVP is allowed. Also Id like it to have Land Claim but grief and raiding IS ALLOWED for the builds that aren't claimed. I don't care if it has other pluggins installed as long as it has those few requests. Please answer if you know a server that offers these!
