My brother is letting me use his (for single player) until I raise extra money to get it myself. I want to possibly download some Pokemon Mod eventually, but I don't know if it will effect both computers or not.
If you login to minecraft on two computers, will downloaded mods on one only apply to the one?

They will only apply to one computer. If you want the mod to work on both computers, you'll have to download it on both.
