Its really fun modding skyrim by adding new weapons and armour. But what do I do if I want to access them easily? Is there some kind of cheat menu mod that lets you just easily add items to your inventory? Like TMI in minecraft or the cheat menu mod in gtasa.

You can use the console command "player.additem" to add the mod's items to the player character inventory. You may need to also use the "help" command and the name of the mod to locate the proper item ID for the weapon or armour.
