I figured out how to make a server and how to download mods but now i'm trying to make a server with my friend that has mods. She has all the same mods and everything. When I make the server it works but the mods do not. What am I doing wrong?

You need to download forge installer.

You also need winrar

Now you open up forge installer and install to server. Choose the folder your server is in and download the things. Then when you have all the things there you need to open minecraft server.jar and forge universal with winrar. Drag all the things in forge universal (ctrl+a) to server.jar. Start the server and close it. Fill in to server properties your ip and others. Make a folder called mods and add mods to there. Start server an enjoy!
