Hi, I have a school tablet with the alternative Minecraft download on it. I want to add mods but usually when I try to download something that ''will make changes to the computer'', it asks for an admin and password. I have tried using my school id and password, but it ''requires higher elevation.'' I want to download WinRar and MC Forge. Thank for replies.

Well I was thinking of helping you but since I found out you were using a stupid tablet instead of a computer, I'm not going to help at all cause I'm so sick of everyone these days acting like tablets are just the best thing.

You don't HACK a school laptop. Use a computer that you own, NOT THE SCHOOL'S and download WinRar and MC Forge on that. Don't hack the school.

I used to do systems administration for a school district, and the other posters are being kind when they talk about suspension and termination of computer privileges. Last kid we had who thought he was a "hacker" ended up being brought up on state charges, namely Destruction of Private Property.
Just saying you might want to think twice.
