Depends on the platform. Assuming you're on the PC, you'll need a mic, a recording programme and an editing programme.

Recording can be something like FRAPS, bandicam, playclaw etc.

Editing can be anything from Windows Movie Maker to Sony Vegas.

Mic… Just something decent?

Audacity also helps.
