How to get Minecraft forge?

Here@ http://files.minecraftforge.net/...forge.net/" class='ext_link'>http://files.minecraftforge.net/...forge.net/ where it says "Latest" click the "Installer" option.

1: Go to http://files.minecraftforge.net/
2: Find the recommended or latest build and select installer.
3: Run the installer, it will create a new profile on your Minecraft launcher.
4: Open Minecraft and select the Forge profile at the bottom left.
5: It will create the mod folder once you start loading the game.
6: Quit the game, go to your minecraft folder and search for the mod folder.
7: Place mods in that folder and load the game back up.
