I don't need max settings, I want a gaming pc that can play games like skyrim, minecraft, fallout, civilization ect. (I'm fine with medium settings) PRICE RANGE LESS THEN 450 (if possible)

There are hundreds of machines that can play the game(s).
You may have to upgrade the video, though.
Just look for one that has:
Skyrim Specs: (Video Graphics is where most machines fail the test)
