Games that involve creating and manipulating an environment?

So i really like these kinds of games like Sims 3, Simcity 5, Viva Pinata, Spore and games where i can kind of create or manipulate an environment, play god, exc. I also really liked Minecraft and Don't Starve. I'm looking for a new game now.

Can you recommend something that fits my interest?

My PC has 4 GB of ram and a NVidia GeForce GT630M 1GB (I barely understand what that means, i think i can run games made before 2012 pretty easily though)

If you want to try minecraft with a lot more things in it including all sorts of machines, mystical things, and flying to the moon or mars, try the tekkit modpack or one of the other ones in the technic launcher.
