For Christmas my dad got me a minecraft account but everytime we tried to make the transaction it would say that there was an error. My dad was annoyed at this point and gave up. The next day, he checked his credit card and $26.95 was charged, from mojang. We tried to sign in but it went to the page where you buy minecraft and pick your username. I've emailed Majong but have had no response.
Credit card was charged but I still can't play miniecraft?

Take your console offline unplug it, plug it back in then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi and it should be where all your games are (unless it hasn't been purchased). If the game is nowhere to be found then email either PlayStation or Xbox or whoever console provider you are with! Hope it gets resolved

I don't know what other help we can offer you. You need to take it up wth Majong since your credit card was charged. No way we can help you get a copy or have any control over your account details.
