Cool simple computer programs?

My daughter is 7, and wants to start learning how to use a computer. (I didn't force her, she WANTS to)

i have taught her how to enter her password, open up the start menu, and launch the following programs:
-Minecraft
-Google Earth
-Spotify
-Asphalt 8: Airborne (Racing Game)
-Photo Gallery

What other fun simple programs do you recommend?

When my kids were her age, they LOVED Doom 3. Highly recommend it.

Encarta Encyclopedia and Encarta Kids

Maybe showing her how to make some things in Microsoft Paint. I use to do it all the time when I was younger and it was a really fun, interesting and enjoyable thing to mess around with.
