So i have minecraft on my laptop and so does my friend we want to play together… But she can't join my lan cause she lives to far away… Is there a way we can play on the same world from different houses?

One of you needs to be setup as a server so the other can connect. You need to forward port 25565 on your router to the internal address of your hosting computer. Then you should be able to have the guest computer connect to host using your public IP address.

Use evolve instead. Way less complicated then forwarding IP addresses.
