I have Minecraft (PC) and my friend really wants to play, but he's too tight on money to buy the game. Is there a way I can play with him on the same account? Or if I can somehow duplicate my account for him to play?

No if you where to give him your username and password, online one of you would be able to play online at a time. Though your friend would be able to play the game in single player on their own
