Best Graphics card for 230$?

I've been looking a good graphics card that can handle gaming very good. I don't play too many games. World of Warcraft, Minecraft, Bio Shock infinite, and GTA V.

I have a Nvidia GTX 750 Ti and it does a good job. I've been having it for a while and I got it when it was 165 dollars now it's 130 but any way. It runs GTA V alright at medium settings at 720p. Minecraft doesn't really require too much, and runs world of Warcraft at 42 FPS average at high but in ultra it drops to 22 and in raids is horrible.

I recently got new ram and cpu and ended up with the budget of 100-230 bucks.

I'm looking for a card with high potential, I know that is not going to be a state of the art card but that can play games like WOW and GTA V in ultra or high settings with smooth frames.

I recently got an Intel i7 and that's where almost all my money went, plus 190 of the RAM

You could sell your current GPU and add that money to the budget, if you do that then you could possibly get a GTX 970, which is a very good GPU. My friend has it and runs GTA V near maxed out and gets a solid fps, I think its around 50-60FPS depending on where he is, at 1080p. If you don't have enough for that try the GTX 770 or 760, Both are decent GPU's but personally, I would sell the 750 Ti and buy the 970. Hope I helped, also make sure your power supply can support whatever graphics card you choose to get. I.E make sure it has enough power to run the card as well as checking to see if you have the correct cables, the GTX 970 requires 1 8-pin and 1 6-pin connectors, although this may change depending on which version you get.
