Are these good for gaming?

Well, it can definitely run Minecraft, but games like Crysis 2 will struggle big time mainly because of your CPU, a dual-core CPU isn't good for gaming much less for those kind of games, if that's a laptop which I think it is, then the specs are fine but if it's a desktop then you'll definitely won't have a great time gaming on that PC. If you could only find another computer with a better CPU, then be prepare to have a good experience running some games
