On my mitusubishi tv how do i change the CAM 480i Standard?

Its a mitusubishi HD 1080 people are saying that it is already 1080 and i'm trying to get my xbox to do 4 player for minecraft on my xbox live stuff and i don't know how to turn it on HD and the xbox said that in order for it to be HD i have to put it on 1080i or whatever and i don't know how to do it i've tried google and youtube and asked a few similar questions on here someone PORFESSIONAL or someone good with TVs epcecially Mitsubishi

Added (1). and when i turn it on it said its "480i standard" how do i change that? Do i need to change that to 1080 standard or something?

You need an HDMI cable to attach it to your tv for 1080p. Then you go into the xbox set up menu and select HDMI, 1080p for output.

Your tv always displays at it's native resolution, you adjust the incoming device signal. When you send it 480 the tv upscales it but it looks bad as the resolution is not high enuf.
