How to use red stone on Xbox Minecraft?

I'm making a Hunger Games on Xbox Minecraft and have it set up to drop down a block at the same time for each capsule but, I realized there's a delay in 3 out of 8 of them.
How might I go about resolving this delay?
(I'm not very good at redstone so detailed answers would be much appreciated. ^.^)

P.S. I have the redstone set up under a platform in which the capsules rest on top of. Just in case you wanted to know. XD

Make the Redstone go in a circle around both ways, meeting at the middle capsule. Make sure you don't connect the redstone at the middle capsule though. There's no way to explain this good, you probably will have to experiment since no ones answer will make perfect sense.
