How to start youtube as my job?

I really want to start making YouTube videos and become famous on YouTube I want to do gaming videos on xbox360 but I don't know how to record videos on my Xbox not using a camera but like doing it from my Xbox i think you know what I mean what type of videos should i do? I like playing skyrim, call of duty, minecraft, gta 5 and many different games I also want to do gaming videos because my family doesn't have a lot of money and I want to help my family out by make money off of making YouTube videos so how can I start YouTube like choosing my name and what to record with and what type of gaming videos

Added (1). I have a YouTube channel right know just for watching videos and i have three videos on it and two have 50,000 views and the other have 20,000 views do views count on how much money you make?

It will be hard to get money from Youtube, especially making gaming videos. Yes they are popular, but that's why it'll be hard. You already have people like Pewdiepie that make those kind of videos.

I used to make youtube videos and I got £23 in 6 months haha. You won't earn a lot unless you have millions of subscribers.
I'm not saying you shouldn't go for it, I'm just saying don't expect to get money when you first start off.
