How to find the pig saddle on minecraft?

On the Xbox 360 version in survival mode how can I find a pig saddle I've found one zombie spawn in the jungle but only one chest and it only had string and iron in It I've been looking for it for a number of days because its the last achievement I need for the game.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Also all the videos I'm finding on YouTube aren't the updated versions of the game.

If the xbox edition has dungeons, look in them.

Yea, dungeons are the best place too look. Look for them in deserts (If they spawn right below sand, the sand will fall and you can see it easily). If none spawn in the desert, just go caving.
