I'm looking at selling just the hard drive from my Xbox 360. It's a 250 gb with a decent number of digital games downloaded onto it. These games would include Minecraft, Need for Speed: Rivals, CoD Ghosts, and like 10 more. All the other games are slightly older and or less popular. Point being, it's still a decent amount of games on it.
How much would you (or other people) pay for this?

Okay, Xbox 360 250 GB hard drives are up to $100, you judge on what the price should be depending on the condition.
Now for the games, it adds to the price. You should add the price as if the games were brand new. The games are in new condition due to the fact that they are downloaded, no damage. Make sure to delete your profile, for safety reasons.

Digital games can't be sold. Another xbox will reject those games because they are attached to your profile. You would have to 'give' your profile credentials to the buyer if you "sell" those games to him/her.
Actually I may be wrong because I don't know about the xbox but this is true for the ps3. Lastly I'm pretty sure it works the same way.
