Does anyone have a good Xbox 360 clan I can join?

So I'm a gamer on Xbox, and I would like to join a clan. I would like to join one I wouldn't be harassed in like most. Please keep in mind that I'm 13, please don't be shocked by my age, I'm very mature than others. I'm also a girl, I'm not bad at games, so please don't think that as most stereotypes play that out. I have a group of friends that are boys and I always see them in their clan when I join their parties, I don't want to join them because they are immature and take the game very seriously. I want a clan were I will be treated equally and fairly just as anyone else. If members in the clan cuss, I'm fine with that, I'd just rather not have any sexual remarks towards me. I would like to be with a clan with mature people. I like to play, Minecraft (sometimes) Black ops 1, Black ops 2. Cod Ghosts, and Halo 4. Sometimes I may not be able to get the games because they are my older brothers. I'm sorry for going into a VERY long a descriptive lecture.
