Did tu 13 come out for mine craft Xbox? I keep hearing about it. And if so, why haven't me or my friends heard about it and why hasn't my Xbox asked me to update it yet?

Yeah it was just a bug fix. If you play minecraft and you are signed into Xbox live at the same time then yes you have the update TU13. It might've auto updated because there's a Xbox console feature for auto-downloading. To figure out if you have the update, go to the main menu and go to help and there's what's new tab. Click on it and it should show you all of your updates.
