I mainly ask this because i know it's POSSIBLE, i just don't know if they've done it, or even plan to. Every forum or board i looked at for an answer was from early 2012, and i could find none in the last year and a half that had any information at all.
Can PC minecraft users and Xbox minecraft users play on the same server?

No, you can't.
The PC and Xbox versions are quite different, especially the size of the worlds, so there's no way to match players up.
